ActionCOACH South West offer tools and services, that allow businesses to identify indicators for improvement and growth and have been successfully driven by the expertise of Peter Rolliston – with over 20 years of experience including Marketing and Human Resources, Peter focuses on understanding each individual business’ unique requirements, challenges and goals, achieving optimum results as a result. 

Stellasoft has been able to consistently align themselves with the ambitions of Peter and Action Coach South West, commencing with a great new website launch, quickly followed by a combination of search engine optimization and social media strategies to do one thing – drive more leads for the business. As these leads have emerged, Stellasoft have delivered an interface to the preferred ActionCOACH Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application. This facilitated the streamlining of the process of capturing customers for responsive marketing.

As a result, the number of leads has increased significantly and 100% of those that have expressed an interest have been converted into customers!
